For over 20 years I have been a real estate appraiser in Hampton Roads. My passion for real estate started while attending Old Dominion University. An introductory real estate class lead to a B.S. in Real Estate Finance and then a Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.). After completing an 8-year enlistment in the U.S. Army I joined Womble Real Estate as a Realtor in 1989. Several years later I shifted gears and moved into real estate appraisal.
