A lifelong resident of Coastal Virginia, Gerry brings more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a deep understanding of the local market and the communities he serves.
Before transitioning into real estate, Gerry spent 13 years as a Vice President in the mortgage industry, gaining invaluable insight into the financial side of the home-buying process. In the summer of 2014, he combined that experience with his passion for real estate and opened AtCoastal Realty, a boutique brokerage where he now leads a team of approximately 70 agents.
